Reservation Policy
Inti Expediciones Perú is the commercial name of the online booking site via the web. Our address is located at Calle 30 de Agosto A-9 San Sebastian, with Tax authorization RUC:20603966561 Any booking made by a customer, whether through the company’s website or otherwise, will be deemed to be an offer by the customer to purchase the relevant travel package subject to these booking conditions. By submitting a reservation, you guarantee and confirm to us that you comply with these agreements. No contract will exist between the client and Inti Expediciones Perú until Inti Expediciones Perú receives payment of the initial deposit and issues a payment receipt. The booking customer accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of his or her travel group and is responsible for the entire group’s payment balance. Reservation services with Inti Expediciones Perú are only available to people over 18 years of age. Additionally, people under 18 years of age on a tour from the Inti Expediciones Perú travel agency must be accompanied by an adult. To make a reservation it is necessary to send the following information:
- Names and surnames.
- Passport or identity document number.
- Nationality.
- Birthdate.
- Any other important information that we should be aware of.
Accepted payment methods: Inti Expediciones Perú accepts major credit and debit cards, and for reservations made at least 15 days before the travel date, we also accept bank transfers. We accept payments from: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, Discover, UnionPay, Diners and American Express cards and Pay pal. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, select “Bank Transfer” as the payment method in the booking process, and Inti Expediciones Perú will send you our bank details. Please note that bank transfers are not possible for reservations made less than 3 days from the date of travel.
PAYMENTS:
Inti Expediciones Perú will require an initial deposit payment, depending on the program it could be 20% – 30% – 50% or the total amount at the time of booking, depending on when the reservation is made, your destination, number of travelers, and what type of tour package is booked. Payment Processing: Once payment is received, your travel advisor will send you a payment receipt.
CANCELLATION
OPERATING EXPENSES AND TICKETS AND TRAINS
If a cancellation request is received 30 days before your trip or 05 days or more after confirmation is sent, it will be subject to a penalty for operating expenses of US$ 25.00 per person. Entry to Wayna Picchu, Machupichu mountain, Machu Picchu has a full penalty, so there is no refund of these expenses, these are policies established by the Ministry of Culture. Train tickets also have an additional penalty of 15% of the original value of the ticket, these are policies established by INCA RAIL and PERU RAIL. Hotel reservations are subject to the policies of the establishment itself.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION – 72 HOURS.
If a cancellation request is received just 72 hours before your trip, there will be a 100% penalty.
INCA TRAIL SPECIAL CASE
In the case of cancellation of only the Inca Trail service, ONCE THE SERVICE IS CONFIRMED, no refund will be granted for this service, given the characteristics of this service.
SPECIAL CASES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
In the case of cancellation that is beyond our control such as natural disasters, protest demonstrations, strikes, emergency decrees or any event that makes it impossible to carry out an already scheduled tour. This will have a penalty of 50% of the agreed amount.
RETURNS
- The return process also depends on third parties (Hotels – Trains – Revenues – Flights)
- In the case of TRAINS, the procedure must be carried out in person and the supplier companies have a time of approx. 20 days.
- In the case of Income, only changes are allowed, but if a special situation arises this process takes approx. 15 days.
- In the case of Hotels and Flights we must adapt to the policies of each company.
- The refund will be made by the same means that the original payment was received.
- In the case of credit cards and bank transfers, the processing time is 15 days.
DATE CHANGE

PRICES AND RATES
All tour prices and rates are expressed in US dollars Our prices may vary during holidays: Easter, Christmas, New Year (said variation will be informed in advance by a company representative) The prices and rates of the tour packages are per person, based on double occupancy in a standard room in all hotels and include services, transfers, indicated excursions, specialized guides and entrance tickets (unless different conditions are specified) Prices and rates do not include extra expenses, such as: tips, airport taxes, air tickets, excess luggage or any other service not specified in the program. If the personal information sent by the client to reserve is incorrect or any change or update of data (passports) arises, it must be immediately informed to the agency by email, we will immediately proceed to update the data, these changes generate a penalty of of data change and is established by the supplier companies. These expenses will be assumed by the client.
VISA, DOCUMENTATION, PERMITS AND INSURANCE
All clients, when contracting the services of Inti Expediciones Perú, undertake to acquire on their own the current documents and permits necessary to carry out the activities of the itinerary normally. They must also carry the documents whose data they sent during the development of the excursions. at the time of booking. OF THE ITINERARIES

OF THE RESERVES
To make a reservation, the company requires payment of 50% of the total tour by the client using our authorized payment methods and sent by the sales agent, the other 50% of your tour must be paid in cash on the first day of your arrival in the city of Cusco in American dollars to the personnel who assist you. This email is a guarantee document for your reservation. After the client receives the confirmation, they must verify the content of the email in detail and respond to it. If your reservation includes nights of accommodation, hotel confirmation is subject to availability. If there is no space in the hotel specified in the confirmation email, the client will be given another hotel of similar category and price. The company reserves the right to accept last-minute reservations (24 hours before the client’s arrival at the destination), in this case the company will expressly indicate the special conditions of said reservation, which will include, if applicable, special schedules, These conditions must be mutually agreed with the client and will be evidenced by email.
