To make your reservation, it is mandatory to send a legible copy of your passport that is VALID for more than 6 months (from your trip),

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Before taking any trip, we recommend that you obtain travel insurance that covers accidents, medical emergencies, repatriation or death and protects you from trip cancellation, reduction, damage or theft of luggage and personal liabilities.

PAYMENT POLICY

Once the purchase of any of our programs is confirmed, a minimum deposit of 50% must be made and payment will be made through any of our payment methods. The remaining balance must be paid before starting the confirmed program.

If final payment is not made, Inti Expediciones Perú reserves the right to cancel the tour without prior notice.

REFUNDS

No refund or refund will be granted for the traveler’s absence from the tour or cancellation during the trip. There are no refunds or refunds for unused portions of tour packages or stays.

In the case of cancellation of tourist packages that include hotel, bus and/or train services already issued, no refund or refund will be granted for these services.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS

Within the execution of the program, events may occur that are beyond our control, and that may affect the development of the activity. Inti Expediciones Perú reserves the right to modify and even cancel the tour, always thinking about the integrity and safety of our travelers.

AGENCY RESPONSIBILITY

Inti Expediciones Perú organizes all its services, such as accommodation and transportation, on behalf of its travelers and in their names. As such, if there are accidents, damages, losses or any other type of interference on the part of the client or for reasons over which the company has no control Inti Expediciones Perú will not be responsible.

Inti Expediciones Perú undertakes to provide services according to the traveler’s request in accordance with the requirements established in Art. 28 of the regulations of the general Tourism Law No. 29408.

Inti Expediciones Perú will not be responsible or assume any obligation for accidents, damages, illnesses, deaths, conflictive attitudes towards their peers that may arise during the trip. The client assuming all extra expenses caused by this situation.

Inti Expediciones Perú is not responsible for any type of medical illness, pregnancy or physical impediments that may put your health at risk. We are also not responsible for any claims or refunds arising due to the reasons mentioned above.

LOSS OF BELONGINGS

The traveler will be solely responsible for the custody of his or her luggage and travel documents.

Inti Expediciones Perú may guide the passenger in the event of loss of their luggage or travel documents, however, under no circumstances will it be liable for the loss, damage, deterioration or loss of said items.

DATA PROTECTION POLICIES:

Inti Expediciones Perú declares that it has a firm commitment to the protection, security and privacy of users. The personal information it collects about its clients is used for the purchase, sale or confirmation of the reservations you request.

The personal information you register on our website is available in a secure system and is not available to the public.

Inti Expediciones Perú adopts the necessary measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the provisions of Law 29733 of the Peruvian government, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the freedom circulation thereof.
